This Privacy Policy sets forth the handling of user information in the smartphone application "Every Fit" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Takumi Nakajima and Kenshiro Muto (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

1. Definition of Personal Information
   1. "Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. It includes information regarding a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions, as well as data related to physical appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and individual identification codes such as the insurer number on a health insurance card.
2. Collection of Information and Purpose of Use
   1. The Provider specifies the purpose of use of personal information as much as possible and does not use it beyond the scope necessary to achieve that purpose. Furthermore, the Provider does not acquire personal information by deception or other wrongful means. When personal information is acquired, the purpose of use will be notified or announced to the individual in accordance with laws and regulations.
3. Information Collection Modules
   1. To analyze usage and optimize advertisement delivery, the App utilizes the following external services. User information (device information, etc.) may be sent to these service providers.

4. Healthcare Data
   1. The App retrieves or writes health data (steps, weight, body fat percentage, etc.) from external services such as Apple "Health" or Google "Health Connect" only with the User's explicit permission. The acquired data is used solely for the purpose of displaying graphs, analysis, and providing functions within the App. It will not be used for advertisement delivery or other purposes, nor will it be provided to third parties.
5. Inquiries and Feedback
   1. To respond to inquiries and feedback from Users and to improve the quality of the App, the Provider may acquire and use the following information:
      1. Sender's email address

6. Management of Personal Information
   1. The Provider maintains Users' personal information in an accurate and up-to-date state. To prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage, the Provider takes reasonable safety measures and performs appropriate management of personal information. The Provider retains User information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Except where there is a legal obligation to retain data, information that has achieved its purpose of use will be promptly deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
7. Provision to Third Parties
   1. The Provider will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the individual, except in the following cases:
      1. When there is consent from the individual.
      2. When disclosure is required based on laws and regulations.
      3. Provision to third parties in foreign countries: External services used by the App (Google LLC, RevenueCat, Inc., etc.) may manage information using servers located in foreign countries such as the United States. The Provider confirms that information is handled appropriately based on the privacy policies provided by each service provider.
8. User Rights
   1. Regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, the Provider will respond promptly after verifying the identity of the individual. For specific procedures, please contact the inquiry desk mentioned in Section 11.
9. Children's Privacy
   1. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, the Provider will promptly delete that information.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
    1. The Provider will review the contents of this Privacy Policy as appropriate in response to changes in laws or improvements in service content. The modified Privacy Policy shall become effective when posted on this page.

12. Governing Language

本プライバシーポリシーは、TakumiNakajima・KenshiroMuto （以下、「当方」）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「Every Fit」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 個人情報の定義

   1. 「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）にいう「個人情報」を指し、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報、ならびに容貌、指紋、声紋に係るデータ、および健康保険証の保険者番号等の当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別符号を含みます）を指します。

2. 取得する情報および利用目的

   1. 個人情報の利用目的をできる限り特定し、その利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて利用することはありません。
   2. また、偽りその他不正の手段により個人情報を取得することはありません。個人情報を取得した場合には、法令に従い、利用目的を本人に通知または公表します。

4. ヘルスケアデータについて

   1. 本アプリは、利用者の明示的な許可を得た場合に限り、Apple社の「ヘルスケア」またはGoogle社の「ヘルスコネクト」等の外部サービスからヘルスデータ（歩数、体重、体脂肪率等）を取得または書き込みを行います。取得したデータは、本アプリ内でのグラフ表示、分析、および機能提供の目的でのみ利用し、広告配信やその他の目的での利用、または第三者への提供は行いません。

   1. 利用者からのお問い合わせやご意見への対応、および本アプリの品質向上のため、以下の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。

6. 個人情報の管理

   1. 利用者の個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保つとともに、不正アクセス、紛失、破損、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、合理的な安全対策を講じ、個人情報の適切な管理を行います。
   2. 当方は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で利用者の情報を保持します。法令に基づく保存義務がある場合を除き、利用目的を達成した情報については、合理的な期間内に速やかに消去または匿名化措置を講じます。

7. 第三者への提供

   1. 次の場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
